Nomencraft is an AI-powered business name generation platform that provides automated name suggestions and domain availability checking. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based model with various pricing tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for premium features:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Credits are consumed per generation request
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are generally not available due to the computational nature of the service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Unpaid accounts may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate names for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI algorithms
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or exceed usage limits
• Resell or redistribute generated names as your own service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated business names are provided for your use, but we cannot guarantee uniqueness or trademark availability. You are responsible for conducting your own trademark and business name searches.

7. Domain Availability

Domain availability information is provided for convenience only and is subject to change. We are not responsible for the accuracy of domain availability data or any consequences resulting from domain registration decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
